Fast paced group fitness workouts with personal attention provided from our qualified staff of trainers.RFK’s Fitness Kickboxing and Boot Camp classes revolve around a 45-minute interval based session that includes cardiovascular development, light resistance training as well as plyometric exercises, and core isometric poses. Each class includes a warm-up, several rounds of cardio and finishes with an intense abdominal workout followed by a dynamic cool down with movement and stretches designed to prevent injury and reduce soreness.

Our one of a kind fitness kickboxing studio in Russellville, AR. is complete with bathrooms, changing rooms and a diverse schedule to help accommodate workout needs to fit your busy schedule. We take pride in keeping our studio clean and up to date for all our members. We are proud of our ALL NEW 4,000 sq. ft. studio located at 900 West E. Street here in Russellville. Our location provides plenty of natural light and a great view provided several windows, which bring the outdoors inside while you train.
In the spring and fall, the outdoor element is even better thanks to our industrial garage doors, which let the fresh air in on those beautiful Arkansas days. When the weather permits, plan on outdoor tractor tire workouts, obstacle course action and timed runs! RFK provides a unique experience for EVERYONE and the perfect environment for ANYONE to get the extra guidance and attention needed along with the motivation of a group class. Class spaces are limited and advanced booking is required.
Fitness Kickboxing is a high-energy group workout involving interval training, punching and kicking on a bag and is mixed in with calisthenics for a total body workout. Members burn a large amount of calories during our 45 minute classes. Medicine balls, kettle-bells, dumbbells, stability balls, and resistance bands are also used used to help improve muscular strength and tone those hard to reach areas. By adding simple plyometric and calisthenics to every workout, you will be burning fat while toning. Every exercise has a beginner and advanced application so that all fitness levels can participate and still achieve results. This is a limited group setting. The Simpson girls (Kass, Ave, Syd, Hayden) and I joined Forca Martial Arts gym back in November, after the girls attended a free Ladies Self-Defense class in October headed by the super cool Cora Sanders.
